“HAHA I guess the Hotel Bills have all caught up with them.”

lol

Must be the TBN hotel!

I heard rumors that besides a color copy of every pilot’s DL and his/her pilot license, the hotel mgmt now wants a copy of a valid passport and a birth certificate along with a credit card (for name verification purposes only). TSA agents will then meet the pilots in the hotel lobby to administer fingerprinting and dna sampling tests.

Then again, if you change the airline's name, maybe all this will go away??? ;)

Is just the name changing or is someone buying the company?? Maybe everyone will have an American Eagle employee Number soon.

eww, someone to buy corpex???

They must be desperate to get a
121 certificate, 3 towbars, 6 GPU's,
7 old fords and 12 486dx66 computers!
hehehe, and our $7+million worth of
EAS contracts...(yeah, Fred, we can
find the EAS stuff on the internet...
it's public domain, and it's $2+million
more than in 2001, and UIN is only
$.98M of the difference).

We could be worse off if Eagle bought
us. With no union, we would just get
stapled and bumped off the bottom of
the list by the AA recalls that are
super-seniority and getting left seat in
the -700's...

Oh yeah and SWA, AirTran have
certificates. But Pace doesn't have
121, just 125?

Maybe there is hope!!!

We could be Hooters Express, callsign
"Topless"...

Well, a nice dream, anyway...
hehehe

Not true. I think you meant to say Pace has a part-121 supplemental ticket. In fact, Pace has been part-121 “supplemental” carrier for years (just like Fedex) AND earlier this spring got approved as a part-121 “domestic” carrier as well (just like Corpex). There’re pro’s and con’s to both tickets but from what I understand, the “domestic” ticket will probably be used for the Hooters side in the future.

Interesting that you mention
Fedex, and wondering if UPS
does the same thing...given that
both operate sched international
operations!

Or do they?

The tangled webs we weave...

Supplemental can be scheduled (i.e. HootersAir you bid a line, and get a 4 on 3 off schedule, you know your days on and off a month in advance, nothing different than 3C) Domestic can be less than “scheduled” too, have you ever done a “charter” flight out of MQY? You know like we used to do every now and then (and I think still do)? Technically it's a part 121 flight because that's what the certificate says (even though we are told "it's a 91 leg"). Like I said, both tickets have their pro’s and con’s from pilot’s and mgmt’s perspectives. However, both are still part 121.

In my 135 days, we were an unscheduled
carrier, but we flew the same things 5 days
a week...as I said, the tangled webs we
weave and I really was just stiring the pot...
"callsign Topless"...I don't think that would
get past the censors, but it would be cool!
It was a joke, only a joke!

The last charter I am aware of was done
by JZ, and I am really glad that I didn't
have anything to do with it...get him to
tell you the story sometime!

Old French proverb...
"He who jumps off a bridge in Paris is
in Seine."

By the way, that is a joke too...

Hehehe

Learn a lot in a Duchess? Ha. I learned more about dispatching from Homey than from any other pilot at Regions.....er,.... Corporate. He was totally selfless about presenting us with unusual situations. It's boring here without you, Homey. If I buy you some hot wings, will you come back?

“…totally selfless about presenting us with unusual situations…”

Lol, anything to keep y’all from browsing pornsites on the internet and bying toys on eBay ;)

How, ‘bout I buy you some wings next time I’m in town? I think I’ll get a better deal on ‘em lol

Flight Experience: Yes :)

Ratings: Tennessee Driver's Permit. Must have adult in vehicle at all times. (that would preclude most corpex pilots and dispatchers, wouldn't it?)

Name Change???

Guys,

I'm here hanging out with the 4 new hires at Pace + Rob R. & Carol came over to say hi too.

Well, we all heard that Corporate Airlines might become RegionsAir. Probably just another rumor; however in case it's true, I’m sure “CORPEX” call sign will have to be replaced with something new. So we all came up with a few call sign suggestions. Here they go:

“REJEX,”

“RETREAD,”

“CHEEZEWHIZ,”

“N*****,”………

Y’all keep the list goin’ lol

Luve, HomeY : )

RegionsAir Callsign

First things first; Morning, Fred.

Hmmm, let's see

1. Bubba
2. Fredex
3. Barney (all the new young FO's will have grown up with him)
4. Bankrupt

Just a few ideas... Keep 'em coming
