Document Abstract
Order 2005-10-2, the Department tentatively selects Continental Airlines, Inc. (Continental) to provide scheduled combination air service between Houston, Texas, and Buenos Aires, Argentina, and allocate seven weekly frequencies to Continental to operate its proposed services. The Department also tentatively decided to select Delta Air Lines (Delta) as the backup carrier to Continental¬"s primary award for service in the New York-Buenos Aires market.
