Try applying to the CIA. I flew there for a while and loved it! Great experience. I am a much better pilot as a result. Travel benefits are a hugh plus.

Compass
That's a no brainer. Everyone now at compass will be at delta in about 5 years so you can expect a 5 year upgrade there.
Now at asa that upgrade will be after at least 10 years because once that merger happens with xjt there will be over 4000 pilots with no growth.

kooter another expert who used to be at xjt now main line iaw he be full of sheeeeeeeeeeeeet

Think hard before coming to Compass, specially if you're commuting. It will cost you $$$. Every time you do recurrent in MSP you'll pay for your own hotel (unless you're DFW based). Enjoy 1st year pay not just for the first year - but until the 1 yr anniversary of your new hire class finishing IOE ! Get paid per diem only for a 30 hour layover in Winnipeg or Minot as there is no trip rig....etc etc......
plus management here haven't got a clue how to run an airline - don't forget most of them already f****d up one airline (ACA) so now they get to do it all again.
