Six days on, three days off. Six days on, two days off. Two weeks paid vacation. 401k after a year. Health 100% after a year.
I fly 500-600 hours a year. Mx is top notch. Nothing gets deferred, it gets fixed.
Equipment is young and if it is tired, it gets replaced. Pay is on par with NBAA report.
A great gig.
