seems that the people that work there think the place is great and a Major in all ways except for the $300,000 paychecks and huge debt and big planes, but look at all those RJs taking the place - open your eyes 410 and see the future of airline travel

Kids pay $50,000 for a job flying RJs. Their original goal was to be a "major airline pilot". Once they get into the RJ's management just says "ok, you're a major airline pilot"

They're delighted! Never had to pay them major airline pay, or provide them with major airline benefits or a decent retirement.

Just tell them what they want to hear. Brilliant!
