This is the investigation phase of the accident, you aren't going to prove anything at this point. I've been in this business long enough and have seen enough to form an educated opinion.
DrewBlows said:If you think that the crew may have been rushed, say so, but don't make a factual statement. The fact is that the only ones who know if the crew was rushed is the crew. I'm sure that the CSA agents and/or ramp agents could offer their opinion as to whether the crew was rushed, but barring a statement from the crew such as "we are rushed because we preflighted the wrong airplane", any statement from a CSA or ramp agent would be opinion also.
ultrarunner said:While I agree with that, if in fact the crew was concerened or attempted an on-time departure it's reasonable to speculate that if the crew had to bring up a second cold airplane after readying a previous one, they were short on time.
Not sure what time they pushed vs. the departure time (someone here I'm sure has that info) but if they pushed on-time after bringing up two cold airplanes, there were cranking like mad. As anyone here knows how long it takes to just wake up one plane, let alone two.

Bull Sh*T!!!!! They are more corrupt than anybody out there.
In case you've forgotten, TWA 800 was supposedly taken down by a transfer pump, despite the fact that they found it in the off position in the bottom of the ocean. When that lie was uncovered, then it was a spark, because nobody could prove or disprove that. Then MULTIPLE versions of that stupid video they made because people kept saying it was an impossible scenario . . . all just trying to get the general public to accept the fact that it was the airlines/manufacturer's fault when it wasn't.
If you think the NTSB and FAA are investigating with a completely open slate, not at all influenced by any lobby group, laywers, or government pressure . . . you are simply naiive.
There are millions of dollars of lawsuits pending, and you don't think they take that into account? Especially if the FAA's own policy was broken by FAA's own employees? Face reality people.
