Holy Crap we have Check Airman on here? That is totally not cool . Go hang out with management you sell out. Your not invited to join my union which I am starting in Feb.
PS he is quite large.

union? where do I sign up?
PCs are nothing to sweat if you know what you are doing and have a good positive and professional attitude. It really isnt hard to do it right.
I dont understand why so many people in this industry sweat a PC or dont want to do a good job. Why stay in the profession then? There are a lot of careers that pay more... give you better QOL ... dont have to pass PCs or medicals... and get more respect and gratitude. Go by the book... do your job to your ability... hope for cute FA's that are cool... look out the window and enjoy flying down to mins.... no sense denying the only reason we all do this is bad weather and our turn for a landing.... LOL

"There are lots of fat bags of Garbadge in the Isle" F-king hilarious!!! Sounds like a prison or something! I know who the armed gaurd is!!!! Heini!!!!

Yes you can sign up now just started sign ups. It will cost you a case of heineken and 100 dollars in singles.(Gentlemen's club just opened up)

I do it for a fast and tight Expressway Visual 31 into LGA (a la today). Never gets old.

I got my avatar from a picture a ramper took of my same approach a couple weeks ago. I gave him $20 and a lifevest earlier in the day and told him to hang out, I'd be back in a couple hours. Saab Nation, baby!

I'm not management, never was.

that is all weak compared to flying the A model in the summer anywhere. We should get a credit for completing a PC every time we fly one of those things in the summer.

amen brotha.......I flew 121 on 4 legs the other day. What a pile of shiiite....... what's sad is that I have 110 hrs of A model time...... all moving at the speed of smell..

Your avatar turns me on and nobody is home. How close is the speed of smell to that of sound? Pretty close? I have been known to rattle windows with my smells.

visual approaches into JHW, CHO, BFD, SCE can tighten the sack as well
especially if you toss in some bad weather or nasty winds

Good ol' LEB, visual at night can really make 'em shrink up...the highest MSA is 6100 feet.....and the field elev. is 603....do the math.

One of my favourites was an ILS 18 to circling mins (only Reils...no ALS to speak of), around to 36, while the Vasi on 36 was out....oh, and add some snow showers, with 2 inches fresh on the runway. Somehow we saw it, and aimed between the rows of red lights!

I swear we all do some shiiiite the FAA would hang us for if they actually saw it right before their eyes....all legal by the numbers, but still crazy.

I love it.

Beech Balls, you're my idol. When I was in MNZ the other day for Mx, I heard some rumblings that you're becoming our new Asst. Chief Pilot. I put in a good word for you. Since I'm letting the cat out of the bag, I'm also getting you a mahogany Beech model for Xmas. Captain America colors, of course. It'll look great in your new office in Manasty.

By the way, you've been this side of the pond long enough now to spell "favourites" as "favorites," like real Yankees do. What DO they teach you private school kids? LOL.
