mechanic claimed he lost electric and hydraulic at the same time. I'm willing to bet he/she was moving the aircraft with either the hyd switch off or a buss tie connect light on.
I hope it was 196MJ! They have a habit of de-energizing the hydraulics...And, NOT using checklists, call-outs, etc...Not really sure of how they are trained, but obviously a big OOPS!
