FYI Check Airman are not "capped at 90 hours", IF they volunteer for the full time buy their guarantee is 90 hours for the month. Just as you can go over 75, they can go over 90.

Let's at least bash Colgan based on the facts

I agree... then why are so many Check Airman upset...? They used to be able to credit 120+ a month... I haven't heard anyone say they are able to make the same money.... Just an observation....

From a pilot's perspective, is Colgan Air that bad of a place to work? How many pilots work for this airline? Of that number of pilots, how many dislike working for the airline? If you go to willflyforfood.com, there's pilots applying there too. You many want to leave a message on that web site about your airline.

The Ground instruction job pays $58,000 / yr.

They made the guys take a pay cut from $69,000.

Nothing they could do.

And I would NEVER want that job... 30 days in STL or IAH in hotel, NO positive space, NO car, No per diem, NO senority number, NON union.

S.U.C.K.S!!!

Yeah I never went to the interview anyways. No thanks

What I find funny about this is that CAL's VP of Flight Ops told us last fall that CAL was actively participating in improving both safety and training at Colgan. What a shock Fred, you're a lying @sshole again...

Interviewed for this position in Dec and was actually pretty excited about it (I was getting furloughed...my standards were low). Anyways...I got a very bad vibe during the interview, and still don't know the results. I can only assume I didn't get the job, but it would have nice to get an email at the very least.
