When you idiots get a real job and have to fly transcons all the time you will appreciate being able to take off a tie. Now go back and fly your Barons.
 
Why would you want to spend money to convert a regular tie (Is it even possible??) when you can just buy a clip on for 10 bucks??

Hopefully its because his company makes them wear a unique tie design (ie United) other than black

Seriously, when you get a real job call me. I can teach you how to tie a real tie. For a fee I'll even teach you how to take it off again.


Then I'll let you rent my Baron. Oh I forgot, that was several planes ago.
