Class action on ASA pay?

Yes they suck at pay but they do ultimately pay you in accordance with our CPA. What exactly are you suing for?

cause it goes on and on, year after year, and has been happening for many many years, and they are clueless

I don't debate they are clueless. They constantly screw up mine too. They do however fix it when I tell them to. Lawsuits are for when they won't fix it when you tell them to.

In my case 3 missing cancellations and one extension not credited at time and a half add up to a 5.24 hour shortage for December...
