What's this part all about? So they "could" lose the A/C or they "are" losing the A/C?

xjt has right of first refusal on the leases, and continental cannot take them back without us giving them back. They may take some flying, but xjt can keep the jets and fly them for someone else, park them, etc. im sure chq can find some 50 seaters without xjt giving up thiers.

could lose the airplanes. could keep them, too, just have to fly them for someone other than continental, outside iah, ewr, and cle. just at a higher lease rate than they pay now.
only thing they really "lost" as of right now is, 69 airplanes'-worth of flying. but could lose use of the 69 airplanes as well.

Yep, you're management is up there with Mesa's...how does it feelto win a bid over Mesa??? That's not even a fair question as CAL would never allow JO back on property.
