I got the Metro.

Dude, you are gonna love that Metro. Especially seeing that they have removed the sheep skins and went with all moose skin pilot seats. Side ledges are all rabbit fur and the headsets provided are excellent and have deer skin/fur around the frame for added comfort. To cut down on overnight hotel expenses, all metros are equipped with tents and hunting gear so you can put up that teepee next to the bird and live off the land for your for your dining and overnight. Im telling yah, you guys got a great deal going for yah.

I hear a new base up in PQI is now in the cards for CS.

All those Metros based there will come equiped with thermal blankets and a flask of your favorite hard stuff to stay warm.

I hear that the flask is going to be extra large in the winter time (due to the extreme temperatures in the region) and come summer time, the flask will be reduced to a mid size flask. Everclear will be recommended in the GOM/FOM for winter time operations and it will be at "pilots discretion" during summer time operations. Fly fishing materials will be provided along with orange hunting jackets and gear during hunting season (sponsered by LL Bean). Please be advised that the new LL Bean orange bullet proof hunting vests (STRONGLY recommended while in Maine and during hunting season) are not part of this plan however, they are a great option and can be pay roll deducted. Herman survivors will be the boot of choice and will be required for all pilots, however, the cost of the boots will be pay roll deducted. Allis Chalmers Chainsaws will be providing free caps for the pilots to wear when they are hunting their meals down.

You CS guys got a great deal going for yah there.

Not a bad idea! True story: years ago, woman (from "away" originally) shot during deer season in her own back yard. Lots of controversy regarding the fact that she was wearing white gardening gloves. (Obviously she asked for it! Posing as a white-tail in her back yard.)

Now, that's funny. Sad. Yet, funny. I guess I'll have to go buy my wife some blaze orange gardening gloves next season.

Was it her husband that shot her?

And no this isn't out of the question of possibilities in maine. Especially in Phillips or Madrid.

One of my cousins in WI told me that so many cows were shot by deer hunters there that at least one cattle farmer took a can of orange paint and wrote "COW" in large letters on the side of all his stock.

Deisel, you know your small townships all right! My daughter is (sad to say) in the same High School district as Phillips!
And, I believe that the issue of the shooting victim relates to his/her original residency status. If you're born "away" then obviously it was your actions that prompted the shooting.
Sorry to digress this thread away from Shares, but one more Mainuh story:
Guy I knew that flew freight in an Aztec, terrible heat, used an electric blanket with an automotive inverter. Blanket shorted out, smoke in cockpit, had an interesting time explaining to POI in Portland FSDO about the deviation!
True story!

I've been handing out white handkerchief to the local Somalis encouraging them to enjoy a nature walks from November to January while displaying said handkerchiefs in their back pockets.

Lock and Load!!!!!!!
