just interviewed last thursday, and got the job. out of 5 candidates, 2 got bravo, 1 got xls, 1 not hired, 1 not sure. study climb gradients in aim, and know how to get climb gradient info out of afm. also be very familiar with jepps (airport page, reduced to mins, requirements, climb gradients, convert from fnm). very relaxed atmosphere, make you so comfortable that you almost let your guard down. hr interview consists of tell me about you, where you from, your career, why shares, what makes you think you can spend 7 days away from home. technical with barry or kurt or both. know ifr regs, 135 or 121 whatever you operate in. know your aircraft, especially if jetstream or 737. not sure about other aircraft. you get a tour of the facility, pretty impressive. definately got the impression that they go the xtra mile for their pilots. everyone was very warm and welcoming. definately focused on customer service. good luck
