If you are acting as a SIC and are qualified as a SIC under 61.55, then yes you can log it because the PIC is not exercising the privileges of the 4050 waiver.

Where people get into trouble is they sit in the right seat and think they can log it without actually being qualified under 61.55 (3 T/O's and landings, S/E work, and knowing something about the airplane itself).
