ok what if you are flying a CE550 as a co-pilot with a PIC that has a single pilot type are you aloud to log it as SIC time??? even though the pic holds a single pilot type??

If you are acting as a SIC and are qualified as a SIC under 61.55, then yes you can log it because the PIC is not exercising the privileges of the 4050 waiver.

Where people get into trouble is they sit in the right seat and think they can log it without actually being qualified under 61.55 (3 T/O's and landings, S/E work, and knowing something about the airplane itself).
