Well now that its out in the open there's something I've been having a problem with. I'm using the old Jansen series 280, 4-stage sprayer, and I've been having alot of trouble keeping a decent chem flow on really hot days above 25,000. I occasionally try switching the actuator to manual, which helps a little, but then my spray range is roughly 60% less. Needless to say the boys at spraycon aren't too happy about this. I have a feeling its the 7th fetzer valve but you know what its like trying to schedule one of the mechanics to re-sync it. Any suggestions?

Ball bearings. It's all ball bearings.

I got a very nice email from Denver130...he welcomed any explanation I could offer for the bizarre trails he sees in the sky. What I discovered is that those who are studying the "chemtrail" conspiracy have no concept whatsoever of winds aloft or of temperature lapse rates. ("How can you say that trail is made of ice crystals? It's eighty degrees out here!")

Imagine. All these websites devoted to "chemtrails"...all based on a fundamental lack of scientific knowledge.

Fetzer Valves

Promise not to tell where you got this from...

Our company runs a solution of 60% vinegar / 40% bluzium through the system every 30 cycles ('bout half a tankful, I think) and that seems to have fixed the fetzer valve problems we were having. (By the way, it's probably the 6th fetzer, but they have a way of looking like the 7th.)

Kucinich is a COMPLETE nutcase. He once accused NASA of carrying on space exploration in hopes of acquiring alien weapon technology.

I guess that makes him a defense expert?

Check the flux capacitor. It's a much cheaper fix than the fetzer valves.

I disagree the Continuium Transfunctioner tends to reduce the density of the trails reducing waste and inflicting maximum spread.

:D

I've found that flushing the fetzer valves (7th included) with common antifreeze does the trick. Prestone... no, let's make it Quaker State. :)

On one of those web sites there is a picture of a "secret government aircarft" spraying the "mind control chem"

The funny thing is the picture is a Navy E6 venting fuel. These guys picked the only thing comming out ot the jet that was not secret to talk about

No, no, no...

You guys are looking in the wrong spot. In my experience, it is usually due to a intermittent oscillation overthruster. Yoyodyne has promised a fix for a while, but the new version of the overthruster is still in beta.

Best,
Nu

P.S. Where ever you go, there you are - B.B.

Well boys and girls, what you might be seeing is government weather modification experiments. One form I'm aware of is referred to as "cloud seeding" in which a plane has some type of media expelled and then flares also fit into the mix somewhere. At any rate, it's not a huge secret but it's also not front page news. Del Rio is home to the Southwest Texas Weather Modification program, might be a website but if not you can always check out Artbell.com.

Anyone hear about that F/O program some company has going down in Florida? It's not cheap (~19K), but apparently they also teach you how to load the chemical trays, as well as repair sticky fetzer valves.

Any opinions on this place?

Weathermod is done in the Plains to prevent hail from thunderstorms damaging crops. Iodine is "seeded" into the thunderstorm cloud by an aircraft(usually a light-twin). The iodine is heavier than the water inside the cloud and causes it to fall, instead of moving up and down in the storm, preventing the formation of hail. UND has(or had) such a program.

This must be some sort of international conspiracy then... When I was in Europe I saw these 'chemtrails' all over the place too. Also I've seen them extending in to Canada when I've been up near the border! Sheesh, what's going on here?!!

Also www.weathermod.com

They do stuff all over the place, something going on in India right now, I think one of the pilots is making something like $8000/month for that gig.

Probably didn't help when NASA was spraying some compound in nice holding pattern shapes over Houston a couple of years back from 50-60,000' with their WB-57. Something about "atmospheric research". Saw it myself on several occasions...

The Rooskies were supposed to have, and may still be seeding clouds on a fairly large scale to alter rain and storms.
