Those 200 new pilots will most likely be spread over a period of a year or more due to the new Delta contract. I do not think CHQ could train 200 by fall.
 
There are a lot of 140 Captains in STL that will go to MCO. They won't take a pay cut to do it. Also, with 7 or 8 145s going into MCO, assuming they keep them segregated, a lot of VERY senior people will go to MCO and keep 145 pay.
