What became of the CRJ's that Chautauqua operated out of Houston for Continental. I heard that they shut down the base a few months ago when the last of the planes were returned to the leasing company.

Are they sitting in a desert somewhere or did another company breathe life back into the birds?

Just a curious question from a former CRJ driver :)

CHQ parked all of their ERJs/CRJs and have now reverted back to a J32 USAir Express operator out of IND. Oh, I forgot, they are also PFT through Flight Safety.

April Fool's!

Yup, a planned phase-out of the CRJ's. They were returned to the leasing company. I'm sure some are in the desert. Still flying ERJ's for CAL out of CLE.
