Sounds like an upgrade unless you want to watch dials for the rest of your life (or until they replace the 727). That being said, the 727 is a venerable aircraft deserving much praise. I don't think there is much of a comparison in this case so long as the Netjets domiciles work for you..........

Um yes, we had at least one Capt go to either Netjets or Flexjet when I was still there.
