Many FSDO's have quite of few examiners, and at least in the case of the FSDO around here, the examiners all give very, very different checkrides. If you're looking for gouge, you need to talk to someone who took a checkride with the *same* examiner you're scheduled with.

So short of that, all you can do is be as prepared as possible and see what happens. You're already a pilot - you should already have all the knowledge and flying ability. Now you have to show that you can teach it. Practice teaching as much as you can. Teach slow flight to your girlfriend. Teach crosswind landings to your cat. Teach aerodynamics to your hat rack. It doesn't matter, as long as you keep teaching.

My cat learned them better and faster than I did; I was never good at crosswind landings until I started teaching them.

And, if you do nothing else on this practical, do this. Do not stop teaching until the examiner hands you your wet Temporary and you sign it. At that point, for the moment, you may stop teaching.

Do not talk constantly, without interuption, with out pause. Teach at a pace the student can absorb. You already know the material, the student can only absorb at their rate, not yours. You can give input with out introducing new information.

Remember when your instructor would say things like "a little more (less) power", "easy, smooooth control input", "thats correct (good)" you get the picture.

The whole point of the exam is to demonstrate YOU can teach. Pick the fewest words with the greatest impact. Don't raise your voice, everything you say to a student can have the impact of a ton of bricks. Pick your words carefully.

oral was 3.5, flight was 1.5. if you know the stuff, there shouldn't be any sursrises. i didn't get ramped checked or drilled. if you know the stuff and can clearly explain it you will do just fine man. there should not be any mysteries if you have studied the information. good luck and let us know.

Maybe she could give you a little mock oral.
 
I just took my CFI checkride 12/15. Here's what I had to go through.
First, in western Washington the FAA is starting to do 50% of the CFI checkrides...I was told that I was the first to fall under this new guideline. The oral followed this order. (I took it in a C172RG...the Cutlass, yea!)
Explain all about Certificates/Documents, maitenence requried.

Part 61~
Student pilot signoffs (all of them)
Quote from 61 (w/o looking) hours needed/breakdown for private, commercial, CFI and all privliges/limitations, including all maneuvers needed for each stage (pre-solo, solo, X-C).
Prepare/present lesson on short field takeoff and landing (make emphasis on performance tables! They like it.)
Weather information, and briefings.

The flight was pretty routine~
Short Takeoff, steep turns, slow flight, power off stalls, secondary stalls, chandelles, emergency approach to a field, turns around a point, normal landing, normal takeoff, go-around, soft landing...

On my initial CFI ride, the examiner fell asleep on the way out to the practice area. I remember explaining something I was doing and when I looked over he was practically snoring. I passed.
