southwest is in cass,

in order for a pilot or dispatcher (that's in cass) from another airline to ride up front, the flight has to be completely full.

Atlas/Polar/JB are in Cass.....you have to be a Domestic airline or have domestic routes.....Maxjet/Eos will not be Cass and you have to be an airline for more than 1 year
