Google FedEx OJS Guidelines, and all the deets you need are in that document. Note, that until we can get the FOM updated, it will still have the old language. However, I am going to ask my director (who pushed hard for this), if the flight department can issue an FCIF once our window opens wide (scheduled for April 16) to the crews letting them know that offline dispatchers are now welcome at big Purple. I issued guidance to the floor today that if there are any questions from any captain about a cockpit eligible oal dispatcher riding on us (since the jumpseaters names go on the release), to conference in the duty officer (duty chief pilot) who got the same guidance I issued.
