When I was there Cape Air had 2 kinds of pilots: Young pilots trying to build time. Old pilots who love flying, being pic, and coming home every night. For the most part the young pilots supported the union trying to come in (Teamsters, which I think is a joke anyway). The older guys want no part of it, some of them helped build the company 15+ years ago.
The company is very employee oriented and has a great family atmosphere. I wasn't a pilot but from 3 summers of working there it seems that most people are happy and having a great time, I know I did. I hope they vote "no" for that company.
