If one gets a misdeameanor expunged from his record, can Canadian Customs still see it from their database? Do you still need to do all the "rehabilitation" paperwork?

The only way to know is to get the FBI background check following the above steps to do so. If its on there, then they can see it and you have to get the waiver, if not then your good to go.

This is true for most cases.. Canada's records on me are incomplete..
