Another clueless sole.

Do you realize how many people were hired in October, November of 2001?? Guys that will have to wait an entire year to get their 4th week of vaca.

Company saved easily between 150 to 200 weeks of vacation (next year) by shifting the bid period. Company definately won out on vacation.

You need facts to back up your arguments? How do you come up with 400 bucks in first day OT ??

Hell 1 day of first day OT could add up to that much depending on the duty day.

A clueless part of a shoe?
Maybe, you mean a clueless fish.
The last part of your post is completely wrong, as usual.

05 CBA, June was the cut off for getting to they next level, in the 07 CBA Oct is the new cut off.

Would you mind helping this clueless sole understand what you are saying.

As far as day on OT goes. Virtually NO ONE gets day one OT any more. We lost nothing. It cost scheduling to much so it is for the most part gone. I have made FAR MORE in my increased pay over what I would have made on that extra .5 show pushing the day one OT. It just does not happen anymore and the set show/go in the 05 CBA just wouldn't offset the huge increase in the pay.
