Let's hope the changes currently at CAL ALPA will lead to a better deal. I'll give him my support.

The new guys at CAL will have their way. I never agree with the fact that if you dont like this airline then move! That is where the problem is. If everyone left a place because it wasnt to their liking instead of fighting to make it a better place this would be even more of a sore industry. That said we need all on board for this one. I know when I fly I make it a point to bring contract issues wants and desires to further discuss and educate people on what a good contract should look like. This group is very apathetic when i comes fighting for what is needed. This I think will change. I think we will be one of the leaders in our industry and hope that we give the next airlines up for contracts a great benchmark to start with. Lets get serious and do this together.
