I am looking for some info on CAL. I've seen the pay scales but I was curious about some other specifics in the contract.
Does CAL have any seat or equipment locks after training? How soon can you bid another fleet type?
How many hours of pay could one expect as a line holder for the month both junior and senior? Is CAL all hard time or do they still have some work rules that help with Soft Pay.
What's the junior airplane right now and bases?
What is the pay in training?
And last but not least what are the competitive flight times for the job?
