All the LA basin to Hawaii flying has been being done by CLE crews, so I would imagine some of them would be out of the CLE base or new construction.

Where are they moving the 737s from? CLE, IAH, or EWR.

Nowhere. The planes already flew through LAX. This just puts some pilots out there to reduce the IRO's and DH.

If I am reading the bid properly??? There is some growth, but they are reducing the 787 staffing by 81 positions to cover it. This blows, we want them to hire our UAL brothers and sisters!!!
