Hiring is now forecast to continue at 16 a week until April 08. We just installed the new 737-800 sim and have ordered a 787 sim and 787 FTD. The flexible fleet plan is constantly changing but as of JUL 07, we have 368 aircraft. The plan by JUL 08 is for 378 aircraft which means with 33 new 737's, we have 23 737 exiting. 15 of those are the 737-500's to Transaero airlines with the option to sell 5 more to another airline. The rest are 737-300's that will not get winglets.
