XTJ may be a great company to work for... have a great contract, but their performance is consistantly [sic] at the bottom of all government reports.

What is the link to those government reports? I'd be interested to see a comparison.

Controllable performance-take a look at those numbers. EWR makes the numbers skewed because of the frequent ATC delays. Go ahead Check those out.

ATC and WX delays are what you're looking at. As far as flight ops, mx and other controllable performance, XJT is right at the top of the list.
