It's not. First year pay is the same regardless of the equipment type, there is no seat lock, so guys who got the 737 can bid the 757 immediately. But, the 757/767 is a nicer airplane to fly (in my view anyway) and has alot of good, long, international layovers.

About the ages in those classes, thats not a misprint. There are guys in class right now who are, 26, 24, and 23.

Naaah, he's lazy, just like the rest of us. The interviewers probably pulled up all of his posts on Flightinfo and realized what a cool dude he is. That and he can chip and put either right handed or left handed. total stud.
