I am just curious if anyone here has tried to jumpseat on a Bee-wee flight? I am well aware that they are a non US carrier.
None the less there must be someone here who has given it a shot. Any info positive or negative would be appreciated.

Re: BEEWEE JS

Most of the time its not a problem provided there is not another beewee pilot or LIAT Pilot waiting, But the bigger and often times limiting problem for the off line jumpseater is that some (most ) of the captains run out or dont have the jump seat forms/cockpit pass (its like a plane ticket) that is required by the gate agent, and not even the ticket counter have them the only place that carries them is Flight Ops in Piarco. SOOO! it all depends on how lucky you are! and if the captain that day remembered to pickup a few, use to be that you just walkup and ask, but like so manny good things in life somebody always has to screw it up for all.!!
Also depending on your flight and how many stops you may be bumped by another pilot from one of the other islands, or the pilots wife.!
Lastly going south bound is alot easier than comming North bound!! So always carry and extra full fair ticket just incase!!!!

Have Fun & Enjoy yourself !!!!

Flying is Easy so come into BEEWEE!!!

I take it from your post that they do not have any prohibitions from taking a US 121 carrier pilot then as a jumpseater (in the back)? Thanks for the good info. BTW I am trying to go from IAD to POS is this usually a busy route?
