Are the fractional groups seeing an increase in busted rides for upgrade and recurrent training? I have heard that there have been quite a bit in a couple of the major airline companies and was curious if the same is on the frac side.

Seems to be on the rise at Flexjet.

Just another excuse that the company can use while you are unionizing. Let me guess, bust once and your gone?

Pretty bold statement not knowing the circumstances. Those that DO know would beg to differ with you. I am not about to air out any dirty laundry, but they were given several chances and did not pass.

I don't know about busting checkrides, however there seems to be a increase in the lack of common sense. Example, a guy shows up at Bridgeway (NJA head quarters) for aircraft training, (the bounces after intial sim and company indoc) on a sunday with a tee shirt that says something like "If you can read this you are standing too fuc$ing close" . The instructor says what are you doing?? He says well it is sunday I thought no one would be around. Well if someone important is around, he is gone.

Isolated incident??? Maybe??? But what is the thought process here??

That would do it.

I think therein lies the problem, the utter lack of thought process! This one ought to be easy to spot out on the line, if he ever makes it that far.
