Between whom? Who will be left here then to whip saw? When the airlines hire, this place is going to clear out so fast it will be crazy! Airplanes won't fly due to lack of pilots, and attrition will largely outpace pilot recruiting. This will be nuts!

Maybe. However, I wouldn't be worried about whipsaw 5 years from now.
