Bose X Headset Caveats - FYI

I'll stand by the ole Bose also. Still have mine after 3 years plus of use. Sent them back around early December (the ear cup brace had broken...from my trying to squish it into my flight bag constantly) and they had it repaired, tuned up, upgraded including new ear seals and sent back within 4 working days! And best of all...no charge! During that 4 days of using a Telex ANR headset (ouch) I was much relieved to get my Bose back.

Bose has great customer service and support (and they should for the price you pay for these babies!).

I'd recommend them!
