With all due respect, how would you define the rumored conversation between the mec and Herb/Colleen? If the veiled threat of no integration unless acceptance of the last offer is true, do you consider that type of negotiation as a legitimate part of the agreement?

Who did these morons get to type this thing? Maybe a little proofreading before sending it of to court should have been the way to go? I am on page 8 and keep coming across typos.
Their attorney is Michael Haber. The same attorney that the RJDC wankers used. Knowing that, all of the lies, misrepresentations, misspellings, bad grammar, and everything else makes perfect sense.
I wouldn't even bet on it going to a vote at AirTran. It may get killed at the MEC level.
