The deal between big D and ASA/Skywest was a gauranteed aggreement to fly as Delta Connection for 15 yrs. They can't just dump it.

I guess you don't know much about the BK laws??
The only people that are looked out for in BK are the creditors! They don't care one whoot about contracts!.

Anything can be dumped in Bankruptcy. Pensions,Debts, and yes even contracts. The judge is the deciding factor not any previous agreements.

Yeah, that is why Skywest withheld the $125 mil. Delta cant get that money if they dump them.

I don't think Delta cares much about $125 million...they'll get enough from the Delta and Comair pilot groups to offset that.

Meeting tonight??

I saw that there is a big meeting at ComAir GO tonight, with a public announcement tomorrow.....hopefully, it won't be as bad as we expect....best of luck to all involved!

The judge has already approved the Delta deal with SkyWest/ASA.

That is right. Uncle Jerry already locked, stocked and barreled them!

I bet 300 sounds about right after the COLA's.

Sorry for all of the Comair guys and gals that are going to be unemployed :(

Good luck to you and your families.

Unfortunately we might all be with you soon. Let's hope not and let's hope all the furloughed get called back asap as we get spun off and grow back up to our previous size or larger.

Good luck!

Wow, I just posted an optimistic post about 10 minutes ago and now I'm not feeling so optimistic.

So I guess it's official, there's a meeting NOT OPEN TO THE PILOTS tonight?

Why the secrecy? :(

Well the worst rumor we've heard is 500.

I did have an ASA pilot friend that told me he heard the rumor we might be liquidated, but that can't be correct?

AHHH the suspense sucks!
