Heyas,
I've had both the Travelpros and the PNS.
The TravelPros are disposable. No other way to say it. 2.5 years was the maximum I ever saw on mine. The zippers blow out, but mostly it's the wheels or the handles that go out, and replacement of these parts is basically impossible without destroying the whole bag.
On top of that, the Travelpros I had came with removeable straps, which means if you throw the bag in the bins without stashing the strap first, its gone.
I've had a non-stealth PNS bag now for 6.5 years. The only complaint I have is the zipper is on the edge where it can take abuse, but this has been fixed in the current stealth models. I think I paid $235 for mine.
After about 6 years, I had lost all of the outside zipper tabs other than the main one, but other than that, it bag was solid. The wheels still ran like new. I went through two handles. One shed a runner, and the other one I ditched to get one of the new, one piece steel handles. The nice thing about the PNS stuff is that all the high wear parts are easily replaced.
Finally, the corner gave out on the main zipper. I send it in to PNS, and for $90 they sent it back as good as new, fixed and cleaned...good for another 6 years.
