From the benifits book:
JetBlue provides LTD insurance to all full-time crewmembers at no cost. The LTD plan pays a monthly benefit equal to 60% of your average earnings, up to a maximum monthly benefit of $15,000 per month.
To be eligible for benefits, you must be disabled for 180 days. Benefits will start on the 181st day of your disability and will continue for 24 months, as long as you are unable to work in your regular occupation. Payments will continue after 24 months if you are unable to work in any gainful occupation until your normal Social Security retirement age or until your disability ends (if earlier). The long term disability plan also has a pre-existing condition clause.
