Finding someone who is as completely worthless as Ornstein would be nearly impossible. UAL may have the corner on the next most useless CEO.

As was previously said, the real issues at Mesa could have been avoided if the pilot group had grown some balls. I will never cease to be amazed by people who will stab each other in the back solely for the chance to do a job that pays less every year.(when adjusted for inflation)
