Can any NJ pilots confirm the terms of your VSP? Is the VSP addressed in your CBA, or is it a new program offered by mgt?

I predict zero upgrades as the result. A little fleet shuffling, but zero upgrades.

With a week to go before the deadline, only about 50 so far have agreed to accept the offer. It wasn't NEARLY enough* to entice the ones that SHOULD move on to do so. Just a nice parting gift for the folks who were going to leave anyway.
