Pete from CubCrafters was quick to respond to this and we think this was the culprit. Around the time mine was built he mentioned the tooling was not as precise as the current set up. There were a few minor imperfections and a burr on one side. Both sides had leaks. They dropped another in the mail- I should be back in action in a few days. I notice on your firewall lower left side of the picture- camera jack I am assuming? I have one to install but haven't done it yet.

Yes, that is for the camera. By the way @Cubonaut875 that grommet where your camera wire goes through the firewall should be sealed. Nice path for CO there.

Wow! I hadn't noticed that! Did you seal yours with silicone!
No, all of the firewall seals use a high temp sealant I believe. I noticed some of mine needed some so I emailed CC (Pete) and learned that. I believe this is what I used based on my Amazon order history.
