Autoparts2 said:Just wondering if any other frac has a training contract? The one at Avantair from what I understand is a bit stiff. Non prorated for 365 days and various other items. Anyone with any knowledge please shed some light.
What is the washout rate and the people having to pay this?

Autoparts2 said:Sounds stiff to me, maybe this could be a reason why they can not find enough people.

My total is on the low side but it met their mins as of late last summer. I know they have raised the total to 2500 but gee whiz, doesn't 1300 turbine make me qualified to fly the Piaggio?

All contracts tell me one thing, the company has high turn over... If you dig deeper you usually fine a reason why. Is pay still 25,000 first year at AvantiAir?
