The "trunkmonkey, office linebacker, & cowbell" references are not about another NJ pilot... They reference little "boredom killers" the instructors ply you with. You'll love the humor.

As for your special classmate, just look for the chubby cheeked red-headed stepchild whom everyone seems to know... and if you're in the Excel, talk with him cause once he finishes going through indoc, initial, and IOE again, he's going right back for Captain's upgrade. He'll be able to give you the run down on what flying the Excel on the line is like.

Just who is he? you ask... If it's that important, go search Ohio court records for recent rulings which set precedent across the aviation industry and went against NetJets.
