I like the thought of some quiet plan to add flying this summer, but I agree with what someone else posted earlier about not wanting to pay time.5 for the summer months. Once the new pilots are on property, then, COMA lines or mass furloughs in the fall.
Reallly, imagine how interested the airlines would be in being able to bring pilots on property only for the busy times, but not paying them for the rest of the slow times.
At present, the COMA lines are voluntary, but I could see management attempting bargain for involuntary COMA lines.
