in continuing with long horn post , our constitution and policy manual that will be voted on the jan14 meeting has some very strong provisions to prevent abuses we have seen at past unions when the leadership gets too detached from the rank and file members . after that gets approved there will be a comment period and a new vote further down the road where we will address the ideas /concern of the majority of the JetBlue Pilots to make an even better constitution and policy manual

if you register at JBPA you can see all of our names on that web site. we are not hiding behind screen names, we are quite vocal about the need for a union at JB.

A lesson and game plan sorely lacking with ALPA. But it doens't matter because one way or another ALPA still gets their cash no matter what.

JBPA is in the process on getting certified as the JetBlue Pilots bargaining body.
we need a union and we need it now.
