[FONT=Default Sans Serif,Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]Did you know that your mailing (home?!) address is available for the world to see on the FAA website?

https://amsrvs.registry.faa.gov/airmeninquiry/

If you would like this information removed from public view, send an email using the following template:

Body:

Please remove my personal address information from the FAA website.

Thank you

there about 50 websites that show the same info the faa has.....gonna post all those?

I believe that all those websites use the FAA database. If it's changed at the source, then info based on your airman certificates change for all of those websites too.

Funny timing,

Just sat down with an FO I'd never flew with before. He asked who I flew a 727 for. I replied, "how'd you know I flew a 72"?

He responded, "I looked you up. You live at (my home address), right"?

So that was creepy... He got it off FAA.gov
