I just hope that with the changes we can get objective administration of the airline's safety management and get ASAP on the property without having to give up basic employment rights.
Don't get me wrong, ASA is a very safe airline and our pilots are trained to a high standard. But, there are ways we could improve our systems to reduce costs, improve on time performance and run a better operation. We could improve a lot if our pilots and management could partner together on solutions.
