You have no idea how bad the ramp was. Last summer, I spent untol HOURS sitting waiting for a gate to come open. Then additional long minutes spent waiting for the rampers to amble out with their single wands to think about marshalling us in. There will issues there forever though.
No matter what airline company you went to, you would have worked your collective a$$es off to get online and find out that it is a different world than what they preached about.
Find reasons to be positive. It takes all the fun out complaining if you give the other guy a reason not to whine. It will make your job much more palatable.

Ha! Have been to Wendy's lately? Customer service is idea as we knew it. Until there is a reason to fix the customer service end of it, there will be no other effort put foward.This place simply doesn't seem to be playing by the rules of almost any other customer service based business. -rant over-
