More than mechanics, the problem is no parts. That is what they have told me. You can have a huge staff of mechanics, but there are no parts up there so they can't fix anything.

Bingo! So the next time an airline has flying to award, what are the chance ASA gets any after this??? Our big chance to branch out into another partner, and this is how we handle it????? Way to go!

Is a complete embarrassment to the company. For Dec we missed our A, B, and C performance levels. That is Mesa like performance. Are we not maintaining these planes well enough that they keep breaking the way the are? Our 'performance sucks because of ATL' argument has gone out the window. Hopefully its just a case of one bad month.

Freedom no longer exists and yes all UAL aircraft are equipped with ACAR's.Does Mesa/Freedom have ACARS, or do they call their own times?

Riiiight! So at 10th Captain rate, assuming your highest piece of equipment CRJ900, which is $80/hr according to APC, you have worked 1,737 hours this year!!! Way to go! You have sure been a busy bee! (Or is that not legal, feasble or believable?)As a 10 year Captain and Ck Airman, my 2010 W2 will report $139,000. That is after my 401 K contribution.
Mesa also has very competitive pilot pay. Also, the BK process is almost over and no pay concessions?

BTW, Mesa's compensation is reaaal competitive, when as a 9th year ASA Captain, I make $77/hr or $3/hr less than a 10th year 900 Captain at Mesa! (And $8/hr more than a Mesa 9th year 50 seat Captain)
